Counter Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice.
We may share the contents of your DMCA notice or counter-notice with others, including the alleged infringer or third parties, as necessary to process the claim.
